Bobbi Brown Online orders are shipped to locations within the U.S. and Canada only.

Electronic Delivery

Bobbi Brown Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.

*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Overnight1 business day orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 3PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.

Other Locations

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items sold by Bobbi Brown Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Bobbi Brown Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies

Bobbi Brown Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Bobbi Brown Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box addresses

  • Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions.
  • Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via Second Day or Overnight Service.

Shipments to U.S. Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii

  • Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions.
  • Overnight and Second Day Service is not available for orders being shipped to U.S. Territories and to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.
